Is my Sally and Forth glitched? (No explosion animations)

I don’t why but my PAP my sally and forth, the rounds never explode on the ground like I see everyone else’s do. I am wondering if it’s a glitch or if there’s a setting i need to change but I’m not sure what setting. This happens every game with these guns 😭 please help
