just need some encouragement

i don’t want to make this post too long, but im really in need of any advice/ encouragement or personal anecdotes/ really anything you want to share!

I’ve had a really bad and really exhausting last week and could really use some support. I feel more lonely than ever and struggling with burnout. It’s hard to want to keep trying to make good healthy decisions for myself when I still feel miserable at the end of the day.

what are some things that make it all worth it for you? thanks in advance
