MrP meta is back.

Initial Impressions:

MrP is definitely in S tier this season. The hypercharge is really good. It's similar to penny's situation. Also with the 15 second gadget cooldown, he gets too much value on the small porter gadget. Just keep spamming it as soon as it recharges.

Mandy's HC doesn't look as useless. Sure its definitely not good at all but its definitely not F tier. Maybe B tier.

Jacky isn't as busted as people were expecting. Or maybe I'm just playing her wrong. Definitely gonna give her another shot later.
