Alternative to Windsurf?

Windsurf has become frustrating to use—it’s draining credits while repeatedly making the same mistakes and failing to retain any memory of my preferences or actions. I’m considering canceling my membership and switching to another AI IDE.

Between Aider, Roo-Cline, and Cursor, which one would you recommend? Or is there another good alternative to Windsurf that I should try?
