Help needed. Dogs scratched front fenders and a hood. Can it be polished?

Hi, neighbour dogs scratched my car while chasing my cat. It doesn’t look deep so I’m wondering if I can just polish it. Also what paste and sealant would you reccomend? I bought da polisher two days ago.
