Do you think Garmin stats accurately reflect how you feel each day?

The past 3 days I've had the following stats upon waking up:

body battery / sleep / sleep score / HRV status

100 / 8h 52m / 97 / balanced (2 days ago) 100 / 8h 24m / 93 / balanced (yesterday) 100 / 8h 8m / 91 / balanced (today)

And honestly, today, I feel absolutely exhausted. I did my normal workout this morning (kettlebells + rowing machine), but it was hard. I've felt like I could go back to sleep from the moment I woke up.

These scores aren't rare for me either - I wake up with body battery at 100 probably 4 or 5 days a week, and it's rarely below 85, but I often feel as tired as I do today.

Do people generally feel refreshed and energised when they are getting "high" scores like this? Or do you sometimes feel a big disconnect between the stats and how you actually feel?
