Heather McMahan & Ray on the outs?

This is PURE SPECULATION but has anyone noticed that Heather McMahan and her bestie Ray Padilla seem kind of on the outs lately? They don’t seem to really be posting content together, even if they’re in the same city. He just recently posted something jokingly about quitting his job, but isn’t Heather his employer? Idk it seems that the vibes are off lately. Anyone have the tea?
