Why does no one talk about HSGs?

Hi!

Kind of a rant/warning/trauma dump.

Why does no one talk about how painful HSGs are???

If you have to get an HSG done to check if your tubes are blocked... Please be aware of how uncomfortable it is.

Typical Pap start... Then they clamp your cervix open--which pinches and is a huge jump scare... Then the actual pumping of the dye was worse than any other period cramping I have ever felt.

0/10 would not do again.

(Useful information though and potential fertility benefits, but after going through it wouldn't wish that on anyone)
