Leveling Up Faster?

Currently in Mid-game, wondering if theres any way to get my guys past level 6 faster without having to grind and take every fight? Maybe an exp multiplier or something? I am aware the training dummy in the camp etc.

I love the game its honestly amazing but it gets kinda grindy towards the end. Thanks everyone
