Not getting bookings :(

I just launched my first AirBnB a couple months ago. It's not my full time work and I don't want to be doing it, but I have to to offset horrendous rent and to survive in this evil and financially depleting world.

I have put in so much work to it, it's really stunning. And considering all that is being offered, I think the price is totally reasonable and actually less than many other listings in the area that are bare bones. I have about 8 or so 5* reviews.

But ever since I increased my minimum nights to 2, I am getting no bookings. I cannot do a single night booking. The cleaning takes 3+ hours and I am trying to launch an actual business, not just Airbnb which (even if fully booked) will make me literally NOTHING. It's a break even game. So I cannot spend 3 hours of my time every single day doing a clean to earn $0 in the end.

My cleaning fee is $30. I even allow pets.

I don't know why I am not getting bookings anymore but I'm seriously considering cancelling all my remaining bookings, paying the penalty, and being done with this whole stupid experience. What am I doing wrong? It was really active in the beginning, lots of bookings, but literally nothing for the past 2-3 weeks.

I am thinking of turning OFF instant book; getting booked guests out and then doing a long-term rental arrangement off-platform or something.
