Ereader help

I read 4-6 hours a day. I did some research and the ereaders with eink apparently strain the eyes a lot less. I'd appreciate a suggestion for an ereader with these features

Total freedom to upload content PDFs USB2.0?

Maximum screen quality/300 dpi if anyone can define it

No bluelight if possible

On the PC I often copy the important parts into a word document, I would need to do something like this, quickly and efficiently.

Scroll on the PC is very convenient, a very comfortable way to scroll, I imagine it's a button because if it's touch you have to clear the screen every hour?

Any other suggestions are welcome

Price is up to 500€, I can go up to 1000€ as long as it's really worth it.
