StubHub (did I make a mistake?)

I was desperate. I just bought two tickets to see the lads in Toronto on StubHub for just over $2k. The tickets have exact seats and section number, but also say that they will be delivered by March 23.

Doing some research, it looks like the tickets are currently non-transferable from Ticketmaster? Let's assume the seller is legit, how would they get me the tickets?? Does the transfer option open up closer to the event?

Do you think I'll actually get these tickets??
