Internet Providers in Kent County (Specifically, Route 116 area)

I wasn't sure what board this question would best fit, apologies if it's not allowed here.

I am wondering what service provider residents use for internet along route 116 corridor, say from Harcourt to Rexton.

I looked into one of the smaller guys, and it only offered dial-up (womp womp)
