How I consistently get these scores

I’m a breastfeeding, stay at home mom to an almost 3 year old boy and a 3 month old boy. Here’s some things I do that help me consistently nail 90+ readiness and sleep scores:

-Consistent sleep schedule. I always go to bed and wake up naturally around the same time.

-Cool room, sound machine, sleep mask, blackout curtains, sleep naked

-The bed is for sleep and sex. No doom scrolling, no tv in the bedroom, though sometimes I do read on my kindle.

-Stretching / gentle yoga before getting in bed.

-Cut off time for food and drink. I try not to eat or drink (besides a few sips of water) within 3 hours of bedtime (for me that’s around 6:30ish).

-Morning walks, yoga, Pilates, bike rides, and weight lifting. Mostly exercise snacks throughout the day instead of one long workout (because that’s what fits my lifestyle right now).

-Plant based diet, drink tons of water, no coffee (recently switched to mushroom coffee and love it!), no alcohol.

-Catch some morning sun and the sunset.

I’m sure I’m forgetting some things since a lot is so ingrained in my lifestyle. I know what optimal feels like, so I know when any little tweak messes me up. For example, I don’t sleep as well when I eat late.
