Sticky poop fat malabsorption

I am taking 3x 35000 Kreon per meal and my poop still looks like this as soon as I include a little more fat in my diet (salmon, nuts). I can not gain any weight.

Does anyone have an advice on what to do to improve my digestion and weight? My doctor doesn't have an idea anymore. I started to be underweight.

I never had an acute pancreatitis attack, but my poop and weight gaining problems point toward chronic pancreatitis.

Is there any hope for me?
