Almost 4 YEARS postpartum
It’s just about been 4 years since I had my second child, and this belly pooch is still so loud and proud. I work out multiple times a week and eat pretty darn healthy, while incorporating more protein in my diet . I’m tall and slender, and I’ve toned up everywhere else, so this belly looks almost comical on my frame. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy with the progress I’ve made, and I’m really proud of this body of mine, but also, I feel like I look pregnant unless I wear belly control leggings. Any success stories after this far in your PP journey, tips, encouragement?
