Dilemma: should I accept this research position while I wait for a better offer?

I have applied to 14 summer research programs so far, and I just got offered one of the positions. I like the program but it’s not one of my top choices. Should I go ahead and accept it while waiting to see if I get a better offer?

If I do, then it automatically withdraws me from the 6 other AHA programs I applied to. And if I do accept it and then get an offer I like more, is it considered unprofessional to go back and decline the first offer?

Idk what to do and I do not have much time to make the decision. Any advice is appreciated.
