How to fall back alseep
Hey how do you guys like fall back asleep after waking up early in the morning?
I kept waking up around 5 am and I just can't fall back asleep. I've tried breathing, relaxing, listening to music, drinking more melatonin, counting 123, etc...
I need to sleep until 8 am before work but I just can't. I feel so groggy throughout the day.
Any tips other than mentioned above?
