Snake river 1.5 American wagyu

Used the last of my wagyu stash today.😭 Dry brine for right around 20 hours. Used wagyu tallow as my binder. Some will loose there mind cuz I seasoned it but I don't care it's my meat I'll play with it the way I want. Smoked at 220 till I hit 125. Let it rest for 20 min. Seared it to perfection at least for the wife and I it was. For some reason I can't upload a video?
