first tattoo advice?

hi! i (19F) am hopefully going to be getting my first tattoo this saturday at a flash valentines event at a shop near me. i would say i have a pretty high pain tolerance, i have many piercings that i’ve collected over the years, but i am still pretty nervous about getting a tattoo. the tattoo i am getting is going to be fairly small, probably around 3 or 4 inches but don’t quote me on that. i want to have it done on my lower inner bicep. is this an ok spot for a first tattoo? additionally, i recently had a bit of a medical issue and now have a minor concussion, and some whiplash/bruised ribs. am i ok to still go to this event this weekend? should i take ibuprofen?? any advice for preparation, what to do/not to do is so appreciated! thanks!
