BIR commision personally doing tax mapping

Hello fellow TaxPH,

I just saw a report that says the BIR commissioner personally conducting tax mapping responsibilities. Well, I don't know if this was a media show or he really does his job really really well.

Hindi ba dapat sa Binondo siya nag iikot cause it's damn impossible that he doesn't know that Manila Chinatown has lots of entrepreneurs that aren't following the rules of his agency.
