All my games are choppy and stuttering!

I have a problem with my legion slim 5 laptop. All my games are choppy, the audio stutters sometimes and all the facial animations in my more realistic games (bg3 and cyberpunk) are choppy and don't have any in-between frames. I wouldn't say my games are freezing, at least not in the normal sense. My games just stops for a second every 15th seconds or so. So Its extremely annoying trying to play games like that on top of the other issues already mentioned before.

I'm kinda shit on computers so I'll give some specs. But let me know if i need to give more information.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 7640HS w/ Radeon 760M Graphics

Video Card: AMD Radeon(TM) 760M, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU

RAM: 16 GB

I had a new 2tb installed. Kingston SSD NV2 M.2 2280. So maybe it could have something to do with that. '

I feel like I've tried everything. It sucks because this computer was purchased only a couple of months ago. I'm thankful for any advice or tips I can get.
