Ideal Base Location

Hi folks,

new player here, hope you guys are fine!

So, of course, you can build a base everywhere for every purpose, in or close to any biome. But if you had to choose one single location to build a base, where would that be? I tend to choose a place in the meadows, close to the black forest and the swamp.
