Expansion Draft - what might the new League look like?

I couldn't add this as an image under the expansion-draft post, but this is one option I came up with for a new NBA with teams added in Seattle & Vegas. It would be 4 teams per Division and 4 Divisions per Conference. Not really any way to avoid longer flights for the teams in the "middle."
